【PNP】Cloudward Quarters

Cloudward Quarters is a competitive Print and Play board game for 2–4 players, played in about 50 minutes. You are a Planner in a growing city above the clouds. Place one square District Tile at a time from a public hand. Will you secure Ward Influence with residences, climb toward open vistas, or extend Water and Air Routes that open public gates for everyone? Because shared infrastructure can supply an opponent’s district as well as your own, every route creates a tension between competition and civic benefit.

The 48 included District Tiles combine Residences, Vista Terraces, and Commons with Water and Air Route patterns. Rotate each tile, obey the city’s vertical support rule, and connect districts to the Foundation Service Belt by Water or Air Route. At game end, score supplied Housing Value, exposed high terraces, Commons beside another Planner, public Gate Seals, and influence in four Wards.

This is a color-recommended, black-and-white playable PDF download. Print on a home A4 printer, cut out the components, and play. The download includes complete Japanese and English rulebooks, full District Tile sets in both languages, language-specific maps and play aids, common backs, and a bilingual print guide. No dice, writing tools, app, or commercially purchased pieces are required. You may use card stock or sleeves for single-sided printing, and the files also support double-sided printing.
